Return and Refund Guidelines At CasaTrova, your satisfaction is our priority, and our return policy is in place for 30 days following the receipt of your order. If more than 30 days have passed since your items were delivered, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange.

Eligibility Criteria for Refunds Refunds at CasaTrova are processed under these conditions:

1. Defective or Damaged Items We guarantee a full refund on any products found to be defective or that have been damaged in transit. You must inform us within 7 days of receiving your goods, and we will provide you with details on how to return them, along with a choice of either a replacement or a refund. For a seamless return process, be sure to include your order ID and visual proof of the defective or damaged item(s) when you contact us.

2. General Dissatisfaction If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, any brand-new product can be returned for a full refund within the initial 30-day period post-receipt. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you by email. Following the confirmation of the item's condition, we’ll process your refund. The credit will be applied to your original payment method or credit card, typically within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

3. Items Lost or Returned During Shipping Should your order be declared lost or returned as per your tracking information, you are entitled to a refund. However, refunds will not be issued if:

  • Your order has been shipped and is in the process of being delivered.
  • You are required to collect your order from a specified delivery point or local post office but have not done so.
  • There is a customs fee or another process required at customs which you are unwilling to fulfill.

Issues with Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, double-check your bank account, then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank as processing time can often delay postings. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@casatrova.com

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges exclusively for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at support@casatrova.com, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive the returned item. Alternatively, if the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be made aware of the return.

Shipping for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@casatrova.com for shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are at your own expense and are non-refundable. Once you send the returned product back, please forward the tracking number to support@casatrova.com so that we can track the return. For items valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
